Following CBP's announcement that it has begun implementing automation of Form I-94, USCIS announces that it will accept the paper format of the I-94 admission record printed from CBP's website as evidence of lawful admission. USCIS will also accept photocopies of passport pages that contain the individual's biographical information, visa, and admission stamp.
